Maple Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

Substitute shrimp or fish of choice

  • ½ c. pure NYS maple syrup
  • ⅓ c. canola oil
  • Rind of ½ lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Make a marinade from the ingredients listed above and let sit for at least 1 hour. Brush fish with the marinade. Grill or bake until fish is cooked to your liking. Take off the heat and drizzle with more pure NYS maple syrup and lemon to taste.
